Welcome to NoRev. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at norev.ventures (the "Site") and the submission of materials through our pitch form. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
NoRev Ventures is an early-stage venture fund ("NoRev", "we", "us"). You can reach us at founders@norev.ventures.
2. No offer, no advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, nor investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Submitting a pitch does not create any obligation on our part to invest, respond beyond our stated process, or enter into any relationship. Any investment, if pursued, would be made only through definitive written agreements.
3. Pitch submissions
- Your materials stay yours. You retain all intellectual-property rights in what you send us. You grant us a limited right to review, store, and discuss your materials internally for the sole purpose of evaluating a potential investment.
- No NDA at the pitch stage. Like most investors, we do not sign non-disclosure agreements to review a pitch. We treat submissions as confidential and never forward them to third parties without your consent — but you should not send trade secrets or information you cannot afford to share.
- Accuracy. You represent that the information you submit is yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Similar ideas. We review many companies, some of which may be similar to yours. Reviewing your pitch does not restrict us from working with other companies in the same space.
4. Our response commitment
We aim to reply to every pitch within 3 business days and to give a final answer within 21 days. This is a service commitment we hold ourselves to publicly — it is not a contractual obligation, and failure to meet it does not give rise to any liability.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting spam or automated submissions, attempting to disrupt or probe the Site's infrastructure, or impersonating another person or company.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoRev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the submission of materials.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
