Every founder gets a reply. No exceptions.

The venture fund that never ghosts you.

Most VCs go silent. We don't. A clear timeline, a real decision, and an honest reason every single time — even when the answer is no.

First reply within 3 business days. Final decision within 21 days. Published, not promised.

The process

You always know exactly where you stand.

The worst thing in fundraising isn't a no — it's the slow no, the unanswered email, the months of "we'll circle back." Here is our entire process, in public.

Stage 1 · Day 0–3

Pitch

Send your pitch. A partner — not a bot, not an intern — reads it and replies within three business days. You'll know if we're moving forward or not.

Stage 2 · Day 5–14

Clarifying questions

If there's interest, we dig in: focused questions, no stalling. A code audit is mandatory at this stage — it's how we underwrite what AI wrote.

Stage 3 · Day 14–21

Interview, diligence & signing

One online interview, due diligence, and a decision with a reason. If it's a no, you get the actual why — feedback you can take to the next investor.

Founder Bill of Rights

The promises no other fund will put in writing.

This is our contract with you before you've signed anything. Hold us to it — publicly.

01

You will always get a reply

No founder who pitches NoRev is ever ghosted. Ever. That's the whole point.

02

A timeline you can plan around

First reply in 3 business days, final decision in 21. Your runway is too valuable for our maybe.

03

A real reason, not a brush-off

If we pass, you get the honest why — specific enough to actually help your raise.

04

Our criteria are public

Stage, check size, sectors, geography — all below. If you're not a fit, we'll tell you on day one, not week six.

05

Your deck stays confidential

We never forward your materials without your say-so. Share it your way — DocSend, PDF, whatever you trust.

06

We amplify you, not ourselves

When you win, it's your win. We don't post "we raised" — you did the hard part.

What we back

No guessing. Here's exactly who we're for.

StagePre-seed & Seed
ProductWorking product required
Check size$150K – $750K
We leadYes — or co-lead
SectorsB2B software, AI tooling, fintech infra
GeographyUS & EU markets
Ownership target7–12%
SecurityAudit certificate = fast-track

We'd rather tell you "not a fit" in one honest sentence than take a meeting to look busy. If your company sits outside the lines on the left, you'll hear that from us on day one.

We need a working product — not just a deck or an idea. Pre-revenue is fine and users are a plus, not a requirement; conviction in the founder and a sharp wedge into a real market matter more to us than a polished metrics slide.

Outside our box but think we're wrong? Tell us why in your pitch. We read every one.

Security & diligence

We back products that take security seriously.

We're not just writing a check — we're betting on a company our portfolio and customers will trust. So security is part of how we look at a deal, from day one.

What we look atBasic security hygiene
Data & accessHow you handle user data
Code auditStrongly recommended
ProvidersCure53, Trail of Bits, or your auditor

The simplest way to show us: run a code audit — a security review of your actual codebase — and attach the report with your deck.

Any reputable code-audit provider works — Cure53, Trail of Bits, or your own auditor. And if budget is tight, there are fast, low-cost options too — so cost is never an excuse.

A code audit isn't required to pitch, but it's a signal we genuinely value — it can fast-track our diligence and shorten your path to a yes. No audit yet? Tell us how you think about security today; we'd rather see honesty than a checkbox.

Writing & video

How we actually think.

Short, useful, founder-first. No thought-leadership filler.

Why we publish our timeline

The case for treating founders' time as the scarcest asset in the room — and what changed when we put a clock on ourselves.

What a "no" should sound like

A partner walks through a real rejection email and the reasoning behind it. The problem we're solving, not the product we're selling.

Thesis

The wedge over the spreadsheet

Why we back a sharp insight into a real market before we back a metrics slide at pre-seed.

Founder FAQ

The questions founders actually ask us.

Straight answers. If something isn't here, just ask in your pitch.

How fast will I really hear back?
A first reply from a partner within 3 business days, and a final decision within 21 days — yes, no, or "yes if you do X". It's the whole reason we exist. No slow no's, no going dark.
Will you actually tell me why if you pass?
Yes. Every founder who pitches gets a real, specific reason — never "you're too early." Feedback you can take straight to the next investor.
What stage and check size do you do?
Pre-seed and seed, checks of $150K–$750K. We lead or co-lead, targeting 7–12% ownership. Pre-revenue is welcome. Full criteria are on the What we back section.
What markets do you invest in?
The US and EU markets. If you're building for either (or both), you're in scope.
Do I need a code audit to pitch?
No — it's optional. But since most code today is written with AI (and ships more security holes), a quick audit is a signal we value and it fast-tracks our diligence. There are fast, low-cost options that run locally, so your code never leaves your machine. More on security.
Is my deck — and my code — kept confidential?
Always. We never forward your materials without your say-so. Share your deck however you trust — DocSend, PDF, a link. And if you run a local audit like ArgosBrain, your code never leaves your machine to begin with.
Do you ever charge founders a fee?
Never. Not to pitch, not for "due diligence," not for anything. A real investor never asks a founder for money. Full stop.
What happens after I submit?
A partner reads your submission (not a bot) and replies within 3 business days. If there's a fit, we have one focused call and tell you exactly what we need to decide, and by when. Then a clear answer within 21 days.
Will you sign an NDA before I pitch?
Like most investors, we don't sign NDAs at the pitch stage — but we treat everything you send as confidential and never share it. Send what you're comfortable with; a "light deck" is completely fine for a first look.
